Demonstrative Pronouns

The use of "this/that & these/those" in Arabic is determined by the number and gender of the noun/adjective they introduce.

             a. Singulars are (f)   هذهِ ، (f) ، هذا  ،    تلك     ذلكَ

                   b. Plurals are    هؤلاءِ  ، أولئكَ          (no gender distinction)
